File Link: Guidelines for Research Report Files (Practical Work/Final/Thesis) Submission(KP/TA/Tesis)
This guide applies to Practical Work/Final/Thesis files submitted to the library. As for the printed version, it follows the format of each department/faculty.
Please note the important points below:
- 1. The watermarked pages are from the Abstract page to the Bibliography, when referring to files.
- 2. During the watermarking process, make sure the presentation in the Scale section is 100%, and make sure the washout section is unchecked.
- 3. Original/digital signature and department stamp on the Validation Sheet.
- 4. Original signature on stamp duty (Rp.10,000,-) on the Statement of Originality and the Statement of Publication.

It is obliged to use campus logo and watermark images from the links below:
Maranatha Christian University has now subscribed to the MyLoft application to make it easier for lecturers and students to access e-journal and e-book databases that have been subscribed to by the university. Through the MyLoft application, lecturers and students only need to make one login through the MyLoft application and then immediately access various databases that have been subscribed without the need to log in repeatedly.

Book donation criteria:
1. Topic must be coherent with students’ major/faculty.
2. Books are new and original.
3. Books must be in one of the following: Indonesian, English, Mandarin, or Japanese.
4. Books must be published within the past 3 years (year of publication = first printing).
Example: If the current year is 2023, the accepted year of publication is 2021, 2022 and 2023.
5. Books worth minimum Rp. 100.000,- / person and valid for multiple.
Example: 5 students can donate one book that is worth Rp.549.000.
6. Books can be printed or e-book.
• Printed books can be purchased from any bookstores, or e-commerce (students can use their personal account or the library account). Receipts will be processed after payment is made if students use library account. Otherwise, it will be processed after the delivery receipt is active.
• E-books must be purchased through the library

How to Purchase Books
Alternative 1: From a bookstore.
– Students are required to contact library staff to confirm the donation (to make sure the books have followed the abovementioned criteria).
– Students can buy the books after they are confirmed by the staff.
– Students can submit the books directly or send them to the library with the following format:

– – Students search for books through publisher websites or e-commerce apps (Official store)
– Students are required to contact library staff to confirm and give the link to the books (to make sure the books have followed the abovementioned criteria).
– Students can buy the books after they are confirmed by the staff.
– Students put the recipient address with the following format:

Alternative 3: From e-commerce (using library account)
– Students search for books through publisher websites or e-commerce apps (Official store)
– Students are required to contact library staff to confirm the donation and give the link to the books (to make sure the books have followed the abovementioned criteria).
– If the books meet the library’s criteria, student can transfer the amount of money stated to library’s Gopay/Shopeepay/Virtual Account number.
– After payment, students confirm it to the library staff and fill in a form in this link: https://bit.ly/sumbanganbukuperpus
– After the payment is confirmed, library staff process the purchase.
– The receipt will be processed in a maximum of 3 working days and sent via email.
Alternative 4: From Gramedia Digital Library E-books
– – Students search for e-books in this link http://ebooks.gramedia.com . Books are limited to those available on the website. Note: E-book purchase can only be done through library. Otherwise, the e-book can only be accessed from the buyer’s account.
– – Students are required to contact library staff to confirm the donation and give the link to the books (to make sure the books have followed the abovementioned criteria).
– – After the books are confirmed, students transfer the money for payment.
