1. Users are not allowed to wear sandals.
  2. Users are to keep the library clean and quiet.
  3. Users must fill in the visitor list at the entrance.
  4. Smoking is prohibited.
  5. No food and drinks are allowed.
  6. Computer facilities for browsing, doing assignments and catalogue searching are to be used wisely.

Borrowing General Collection

  1. Users must show their library member card or student card.
  2. Users can borrow up to max. 8 books for a period of 2 weeks and can be extended 1 time for the next 2 weeks.
  3. Exceeding due date of returning books will result charging a fee of Rp. 500,-/book/day – national holidays are not counted.
  4. If the borrowed book is lost or damaged, it must be replaced with the same new book.
